Due To Covid-19 Concerns The 2020 Massachusetts Sheep & Woolcraft Fair Has Been Cancelled
The Massachusetts Sheep & Woolcraft Fair Committee regretfully announces cancellation of our May 23 & 24, 2020 Fair at the Cummington Fairgrounds. Circumstances involving COVID-19 and large group gatherings make this the safe and responsible decision despite our sadness at disrupting 45 continuous years of this agricultural event. We look forward to seeing you at next year’s Massachusetts Sheep & Woolcraft Fair scheduled for May 29 & 30, 2021 at the Cummington Fairgrounds.

- There is very limited “handicapped” vendor parking near the vendor area.
- The golf cart may be available to help ferry you and your stock on a limited basis during festival hours; please plan ahead & have plenty of stock on hand.

- During the Festival, there is a “cardboard only” dumpster available for Vendors located across from the Office. PLEASE UTILIZE THIS DUMPSTER AND DO NOT PUT YOUR WRAPPINGS, BOXES AND OTHER PAPER TRASH IN THE GARBAGE BINS AT THE ENDS OF THE VENDOR BARNS!!
- Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, plastic and materials that they have put on the walls/floors/ceilings and leave their spaces tidy after the show. PLEASE PLACE ALL OF YOUR TRASH IN THE DUMPSTERS LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE OFFICE – no one will be around to clean up after you. THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM, PLEASE POLICE YOUR AREA!!
- As in the past, the 4-H Youth Food Booth will be happy to make up a Brown Bag lunch for you to purchase on Saturday and Sunday. 4-H youth volunteers will bring you the menu on Saturday morning and deliver your lunch each day.
