 Holyoke Hummus Food Truck returns, serving falafel, hummus of course and other Middle Eastern treats including fried brussel sprouts with Tahini sauce. Their food is vegetarian and vegan and they offer gluten free options.

 Returning this year with their live Popped Kettle corn, Specialty Popcorns, Lemonade, Limeade, Orangeade Fresh Cut Fruit Ade Drinks, Cotton Candy, Bottled Water, Street Corn (Mexican Street Corn – Elote), Classic Corn on the Cob.

New this year!! We make everything from scratch, fresh healthy ingredients – 100% natural. If fruit grows locally, we only use locally sourced fruit. All other fruit is as ethically sourced as possible. Brilliant flavors that are fun for families but creative and surprising enough to fascinate adults.  Most pops are less than 100 calories, and almost all are less than 200.
