Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Massachusetts Sheep and Wool Craft Fair.
Each year, there are several outside sales booth spaces available at $75 per booth (see vendor guidelines for type of tent that may be used). All inside booths are full and are rarely available. If you would like to apply for an outside sales booth, you may submit your application online no later than December 31st for the following year’s fair. The $10 non-refundable application fee is due when your application is submitted. Photos of your products may be submitted to Aaron Loux, Vendor Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org when you submit your application.
ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED BY THE VENDOR JURY COMMITTEE – ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL BY THE END OF JANUARY OF THE YEAR OF THE FAIR OF THEIR STATUS.
We maintain an active waiting list therefore late or incomplete applications will not be considered. (Examples: application is received after 12/31/19 for the 2020 Fair, or missing photos)
Upon acceptance, your booth space fee is due and payable. Payment in full must be received via Paypal or check no later than March 1st or your space will be forfeit and reassigned. PLEASE DO NOT PRE-PAY BOOTH FEE WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
